This is amazing! A SEA SERPENT as what can call it. The oarfish is the longest fish we know, it is well documented that it can reach 8 meters, but specimens 17 meters in length has been reported. This is enough to scare the wit out of you when you see it haha! I previously read an article about oarfishes at Ate Stef's site and was so curious about it...
...growing up to 50 ft (legendary!) with a red "mane." it lives in the dark depths of the ocean and hardly anything is known about them. they are found beached all over the world-- from california, bahamas, to malaysia. sometimes they get caught in fishing trawlers.
